Talent Recruiting in Hong Kong
Hiring the right people is one of the hardest parts of setting up and growing in Hong Kong. We source, screen and onboard talent for your regional operations — from a single key hire to a full local team.
Your hiring partner in Hong Kong
Hong Kong has a deep, competitive pool of bilingual, internationally minded professionals — but reaching the right people quickly, and hiring them compliantly, takes local knowledge. We help you build the team your business actually needs.
We recruit across functions and seniority — from finance, sales and operations staff to management and executive search. We also arrange contract, temporary and payroll staffing when you need flexibility rather than a permanent headcount.
Because we also handle company formation, offices, visas and banking, your hiring sits naturally within your wider setup. When a candidate comes from overseas, we can arrange the employment visa so they can start on time.

Frequently asked questions
What types of roles do you recruit for?
Across functions and seniority — finance, sales and marketing, operations, administration and technology, as well as management and executive search. We also provide contract, temporary and payroll staffing.
How is your fee charged?
Permanent placements are usually charged as a success fee of around one to two months’ salary, payable when the hire starts. Executive search and flexible staffing are quoted individually.
Can you help if we do not yet have a Hong Kong company?
Yes. We can set up the company, office and banking alongside the hire, so you have a compliant entity ready to employ staff.
Can you hire someone from overseas for us?
Yes. We recruit internationally relocating candidates and arrange the employment visa so they can legally work and start on time.
How long does it take to fill a role?
For a clear brief, a shortlist can usually be presented within one to two weeks, with the overall timeline depending on seniority, interviews and notice periods.
What are an employer’s obligations when hiring in Hong Kong?
Employers must follow the Employment Ordinance, enrol staff in an MPF scheme and hold employees’ compensation insurance. We make sure these are set up correctly.
Do you offer temporary or contract staff?
Yes. We provide contract, temporary and project-based staffing, including payroll and onboarding, when you need flexibility rather than a permanent hire.
What if a hire does not work out?
For permanent placements we offer a replacement guarantee period, the terms of which we confirm in writing before the search begins.
