Real Estate in Hong Kong
Buying or renting commercial and residential property in Hong Kong — with a clear focus on commercial space and, above all, office leasing. We act for you, not for landlords, from the brief through viewings, negotiation and the signed agreement.
Your property partner in Hong Kong
Hong Kong is one of the world’s most dynamic — and most expensive — property markets. Choosing the right office or premises in the right district, on the right terms, has a direct impact on your costs, your image and your day-to-day operations. We help you make that decision with confidence.
Our core focus is commercial real estate, and especially office leasing: from a flexible desk in a coworking space to a Grade A floor in Central. We also arrange retail, food & beverage, industrial and warehouse space, and we support commercial purchases for investors and owner-occupiers.
Alongside commercial property, we help clients rent or buy residential homes — useful when founders and key staff relocate to Hong Kong. Because we also handle company formation, offices and banking, your property search sits naturally within your wider setup.

Frequently asked questions
Do you focus on commercial or residential property?
Both, but our main focus is commercial real estate and, above all, office leasing. We also help founders and staff rent or buy homes when they relocate.
Which districts do you cover?
All the main business districts — Central, Admiralty, Wan Chai, Causeway Bay and Kowloon East (Kwun Tong) — as well as industrial areas and residential neighbourhoods across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories.
Can you help if I am not yet in Hong Kong?
Yes. We can run the search, carry out video viewings on your behalf and negotiate terms so that much of the work is done before you arrive.
What costs are involved in leasing an office?
Typically the monthly rent, a deposit of around two to three months, agency commission, stamp duty on the lease and any fit-out or furnishing. We set out the full picture before you commit.
How long does it take to find and secure space?
For a clear brief, a shortlist and viewings can usually be arranged within days, with signing a few weeks later depending on negotiation and your own timeline.
Do you also offer a registered or virtual office?
Yes. A registered business address with a virtual office is available from US$800 for a one-year lease — a common choice for new companies not yet needing physical space.
Can you help me buy commercial property?
Yes. We support acquisitions for investors and owner-occupiers, including the ownership structure, stamp duty and coordination with lawyers, banks and surveyors.
What about stamp duty?
Stamp duty is payable on both leases and purchases in Hong Kong, at rates that depend on the value and type of transaction. We calculate it and handle stamping and registration.
This page is general information about our property services, not property, tax or legal advice. Availability, rents, prices, stamp duty rates and terms change with the market and should be confirmed for your specific transaction.
