How long does it take to set up a Hong Kong company?

In most cases a Hong Kong company is incorporated within 5–7 business days once we have received all required identity and address documents from the directors and shareholders.

Do I need to travel to Hong Kong to incorporate?

No. The entire incorporation process can be completed remotely. We handle all filings on your behalf and arrange document signing electronically or by courier.

Can you help me open a corporate bank account?

Yes. We introduce clients to traditional banks and to digital payment providers, prepare the supporting documentation and guide you through compliance and due-diligence requirements.

What are the ongoing compliance obligations?

Typical annual obligations include filing the annual return, renewing the business registration certificate, maintaining proper accounting records, and preparing audited financial statements and profits-tax returns.

Do you provide company secretary and registered office services?

Yes. A qualified company secretary and a local registered office address are included in our corporate service packages, ensuring you stay fully compliant with local regulations.
